Terms of Service

2.1 Service Agreement

All digital services, design deliverables, and UX consulting packages provided by DesignNuvora are governed by explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and DesignNuvora.

2.2 Intellectual Property

Upon complete settlement of agreed commercial invoices, DesignNuvora assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in client-specific design deliverables, component libraries, and digital assets directly to the Client.

2.3 Scope Changes

Any modifications to the original project scope must be documented via formal change requests. Scope changes may affect pricing and delivery timelines as mutually agreed in writing.

2.4 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information, trade secrets, and project specifications disclosed during the engagement.

Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Eligibility

DesignNuvora offers full refunds on unused project deposits if cancellation occurs before work has commenced. Partial refunds are calculated based on work completed at the time of cancellation.

4.2 Cancellation Terms

Clients may cancel ongoing projects by providing written notice. DesignNuvora will deliver all work completed to date and issue a refund for unused prepaid amounts within 14 business days.

4.3 Deliverable Disputes

If deliverables materially deviate from the approved Statement of Work, the Client may request revisions at no additional cost. Persistent disputes may be escalated to mediation under Swedish commercial arbitration rules.

4.4 Refund Process
